Dr. Jennifer Deacon, PT, DPT, CSCS, CHWC

If you’re caring for others—whether you’re raising a family, looking after aging loved ones, or working as a healthcare professional—it’s easy to forget about your own well-being. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you carve out time for yourself, reduce pain, relieve stress, and find practical ways to feel better every day.

When you work with me, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive space where expert hands-on care is at the heart of your experience. Through gentle bodywork and craniosacral therapy, we’ll ease tension, relieve pain, and help restore balance so you can feel more comfortable in your own body. From there, we’ll explore simple and sustainable lifestyle medicine habits—like better sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress management—to support your long-term well-being. The goal is to give you practical, personalized tools that fit naturally into your daily life instead of adding to your list .

For those interested: I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellness Coach, bringing over 20 years of experience to my practice in the Greater Boston area.
